trouble brewing

All of a sudden Our old man has to meet the chief priest of the adjoining temple as he has sent an urgent message through his next priest in charge. Must be some thing more important other wise he himself could have come to meet the honoured old professor. Wait till both of them meet. After a long walk they both came to the presence of the chief priest. Temple workers there were sent out immediately. Now the chief priest and the old professor were seated closer facing each other. Foreigners are trying to intrude into that area silently. That every one knows from a long time. All the island people wished to live in peace. They hate any trouble which they do not like to face. Important problem was the two groups of priests. They are not friendly at all.

Disposal of dead body

Old professor know his death time has neared. He was not afraid of death at all. any one has to die at any time. It gives you only a change of life.
after death others will do whatever they want to his own body. That he knew. They will lay it on a coconut palm leaf made as a bed. Then take it to the burning place.
But in Bombay, now Mumbai, Zorastrians just throw the body on the rocks to be fed by vultures, similarly in Tibet , they do the same with the dead bodies.
His people take the ash and mix it in the ocean. They will take it on a specially built cart for this purpose.

He has got a destination for his life.He has born here to guide others. This is possible, but first of all our old professor will have to guide this boy accordingly.

Old man professor

Retired professor Sathasivampillai leaned upon a supporting pillar. He had been sitting long in one position, for a long time, his back was paining. He just eanted to stretch out his body. His eyes too noe blurred because of his age. He looked around, rubbed his eyes. He got up, hold onto the side by window. His body shivered a little because of the cold wind. He was living with us for some time as there was no one else to look after him. He is a well religious minded. Lot of lecturers visited him often to clarify their subject matters. He had been well experienced in explaining on these topics.

Remote island

As it was, We had been living in a remote island. It had full peace and quiet. Small sized population. On the main road, there will be a bus running from and to the main town far away. There was a pilgrimage centre close by, and to proceed there , you will have to use mechanised boats.which will connect with the bus service. These are the only connections we had there.

I was thinking about as it was

AS IT WAS

I WAS THINKIG ABOUT AS IT WAS. Our world as it was but I know the world only from my beginning not from the beginning of this world.so , how can I say as it was? I know my house , where i was born and bred. Now it is not there as it was. It was a cadjan thatched house with only one room , the walls just made from ordinary clay. All the trees have been fell down.Only my father stayed there until his death. Now it is demolished. My family used to live in a cemented bungalow provided by the state. It was in a forested area.My wife and children lived with me for some time. when there were unnecesary troubles , I took them all tomy wife's village. That was her ancestors' house with two rooms, verandahs, and aseperate kitchen , all made of cement bricksand tiled. Now that too has been partly demolished.not suitable for living.as a bachelor , I was living in a dicarded rest house closer to a sanctuary. There were lot of fiends living together.Meals obtained from shops close by.so it seems that life is not as it was and the man made buidings also same.what remains as it was - nothing at all. Then why we are struggling like this for nothing?
